Hello! My name is Amy and I am a DONA-certified birth doula. What is a birth doula? DONA International defines a birth doula as “a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during, and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.”
With kind encouragement, powerful education, and dependable communication, I serve and empower a mother to find her own voice and achieve the birth she and her birth partner desire. I will meet with a mother and her birth partner twice before her labor and delivery, continuously serve her and her birth partner during her childbirth, and visit with her once at her home after her baby is born.
See my doulamatch.net profile to read client testimonials and to check out my availability.
