As a postpartum doula, I come alongside you as you learn to become a mother. I listen, help, reassure, and encourage.
My Postpartum Services:
Assistance with breastfeeding or bottle feeding
How to wear your baby
Light housekeeping (for example, sweeping/vacuuming and laundry)
Organization of all the baby gear, clothing, diaper bag, nursing nook, etc.
Actively listening and guiding you through the postpartum hormonal shifts
Preparation of meals and snacks
Helping you to rest and take a nap
Helping you bathe, diaper, and dress your baby
Suggestions for helping your baby sleep
Recommendations of various postpartum resources, websites, IG accounts, and books
Connecting you to metro Atlanta-area specialists, therapists, and doctors
Guidance with the transition of returning to work
Reassurance of what’s normal with your postpartum recovery journey and your newborn’s adjustment to life outside the womb
Payment and Hiring Details:
My in-person postpartum doula services are $30/hour with a 4-hour minimum per day, four days minimum per client contract. Virtual postpartum doula services are $25/hr., no minimums.
